Budgetary cut backs and economic constraints have caused programs for the arts to suffer and in some cases to disappear altogether. These performing arts organizations are struggling to produce their shows due to the increased facility fees in which they perform, in addition to rising costs of costumes, equipment, set designs, instruments, etc.
